I aim to start and finish orders as soon as I can, this is usually around a 14 working day turn around time, Unfortunately I don't prioritise orders.
Shipping
Most of our products are FREE DELIVERY sent with Royal Mail 2nd class.
(All products are posted by Royal Mail)
please note the above delivery is not tracked or signed for, but proof of receipt is obtained when sending.
You can upgrade shipping at checkout page to 1st class or 1st class signed
and tracked - this will be at a extra charge.
International Shipping Orders
Please email newstreetdesigns@outlook.com for a bespoke shipping quote, we currently only ship orders within the UK, but happy to ship internationally.
New Street Designs are not responsible for
any additional courier/postage/overseas tax charges upon delivery.
Please ensure you select the correct Postal Service / All parcels have proof of receipt when sent to you.
At New Street Designs - ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES TO YOUR ORDER MAY NOT BE COVERED FOR A REPLACEMENT // REFUND FOR THE FULL AMOUNT.
If item is received damaged, photographic proof is required.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 14 working days via the postal service chosen at checkout.
Orders placed on a weekend //bank holiday will be processed the following working day, this may affect the 14 working day dispatch time.
